“Asked For” was written with the heart in mind, the heart of women in particular, but still about any heart that longs to love and to be loved. In the same way that we can’t control the need or desire we’re born with, neither can we control where, when, or how love will come. It may not blossom in the place we intended it to or wished it would, but it is always there to give, even if not to take.
